Registered Care Manager
Registered Care Manager Keeley Riley is clear, focused and driven to protect our clients who are at the heart of our service.
For Keeley, care is personal. She joined the care sector after experiencing first hand the care and support that her husband received over 18 months whilst being treated for lymphoma.
Keeley worked for a company where she carried out a similar role, and came to Respectful Care after hearing about our fantastic standards.
She is proof that with drive and ambition, people can progress their careers at Respectful Care. She began her career as a client team leader, progressed to office team leader, regional development manager and now registered care manager.
Keeley has spent eight years in the care sector and proudly holds an NVQ Level 5 in Adult Health and Social Care.
Deputy Manager and Training Manager
Becky Clements our Deputy Care Manager, having been recently promoted into the role. She will be managing the client team, ensuring that each and every client’s needs and wishes remain at the heart of the service.
After leaving college, Becky worked at two different solicitors in the civil litigation sector and working towards a qualification equivalent to a law degree. After leaving the legal sector, she joined a domiciliary care agency as a support worker and absolutely loved how rewarding the role was.
After experiencing the support network provided to her husbands’ grandmother who unfortunately lost her life to cancer, she started to volunteer at the John Eastwood Hospice to give something back. She soon realised that the feeling you get from giving and caring for someone is like no other feeling.
She had heard that Respectful Care was different to any other domiciliary care company and she soon discovered this for herself.
She started out as a training officer, delivering training to the staff at Respectful Care head office and delivering care and support out in the field to our clients. She was promoted to training manager and was given the responsibility of supporting the training needs of all branches of Respectful Care.
Becky holds an NVQ Level 5 in Adult Health and Social Care, and has spent nine years in the care sector.

Care has been at the heart of Sam’s career. She has worked in a nursing home, a busy hospital ward, and in rehabilitation.
Sam was introduced to the company by a friend, and joined as a support and care worker, before also taking on the role of mentor to new staff. Sam strives to be the best she can and helps others to do the same.
One aspect Sam particularly likes about Respectful Care is the priority given to making sure people have their individual needs catered for, with a people-centred approach.
